The Renče Angling Society with its two fishing districts - the Vipava River and the Lake Vogršček - is located in the western part of Slovenia, more precisely in the Goriško region.
The Goriško region is connected with the 'Slovenian highway cross' and is easily accessible from all parts of Slovenia. The western part of Slovenia - the Goriško region - has a favourable (sub-Mediterranean) climate and is among the warmest parts of Slovenia.

From the highway you can take the exit for Selo or Vogrsko.
The whole of the Vipava River fishing district is accessible from the local roads.You can park your car on the verges of roads or on any of the available parking spaces along the Vipava River.
The Lake Vogršček fishing district is accessible from the north and west side. The west side of the lake is accessible from the village Vogrsko where you will come under the dam. From the north side you can access the lake by turning at the village Osek and take the local road which will lead you to the Lake Vogršček at the ‘Pavilion’.
